Flames, intelligent words and the complete incompetence to cook
My first serious post since a long time... Today I learned that a good friend of mine gets mean comments on her blog. She was quite upset because the flames attack her personality and her character. I tried to convince her to ignore this stupid brat (I think I was quite successful) but now I'm upset *lol* I ask myself... Why does some people like to upset other people? I don't know if the author of the flames is just bored or if he or she knows my friend face to face. What does this person feel when he or she writes that my friend should find real friends and not just bore the people on the internet with her boring life? Joy? Boredom? Hate? Nothing?
Except for the fact that I know that she is a wonderful person with great friends I ask myself: Why does this person differ between online and real friends?

miffmiff* I don't met Nubriema yet but she's such a wonderful person that I'm sure I'll visit her when I have free time. And then there are people like lindtti. I don't know her personally, just online via LJ... But nevertheless I think she's really nice :-) I'm happy to know her, not just because of these awesome posts of her which make my days better so often. So why shouldn't I call them my friends? Because I don't see them everyday? I don't see my best friend often but nevertheless she's my best friend. So why the difference?
Or when the flamer writes that my friend has the need to tell everybody everything about herself to get attention. I admit I AM an attention whore and I know many people who are, too. So why shouldn't she share her everyday life with us who care? I love to read her posts because then I know she's well and happy when we don't find the time to phone.
Yes, I post some posts just to get comments. Yes, I like the attention I get for my work with photoshop. And no, I don't care if anyone isn't interested in my life. Don't care, don't read. It's really that simple. Why can't everybody see it that way?
So enough complaining, let's get to the nice sides of life...
I made a new rocailles animal this afternoon. I should have done my math exercises but... ehrm... let me say it this way: I'd rather cook a real meal than try to find out what's meant by "Gegeben ist für positive Zahlen a,b die Ellipse E={(x,y)Element von R²; x²/a² + y²/b² = 1} Bestimmen Sie das eingeschriebene Rechteck, dessen Seiten parallel zur x,y-Achse sind, mit maximalem Flächeninhalt." Whoever knows the solution: I have to have the solutions by wednesday, you have enough time to contact me :-P and to the meal: Yes, I think that noodles with green cabbage (I hope it's the right word??) and salad dressing IS a meal. It was really tasty...
Okay, here the animal. It's a little seal. It was supposed to be very easy but firstly the wire broke three times and secondly the wire was too thick. Have to buy better one tomorrow.

As for the "content" (if you can call it "content" 9_9) of his comments, I'm beginning to grin for every word he writes. As he does so, he's making a fool of himself by trying to wear me down though he would have something better to do if he himself wouldn't be exactly like he describes me. 'Cause if he was really better than me, which I believe he isn't and which I guess he is assuming in his simple-mindedness that has never heard of the equality of people, he wouldn't waste his time by making fun of me. He would spend his precious time with his friends instead of accusing me of having none...
You know, he isn't even worth all the words, though I'd really really like to kick his ass. -_-
Probably he's just jealous because I have, and I openly admit it, only a few people I truly call "friends", but they are the most nice, witty and all in all wonderful friends I can imagine. ;) And we'll sure will meet someday, Aleya - at the latest on my wedding, to which I still intend to invite you. :D

that flaming stuff really sucks, I also know people from lj whose entry contents (thought friends locked!) get spread by some ass in her friends list oO but I never heard about insults and stuff x__x that's bad.
but on the other hand I'm not really surprised : / whenever you post something online that everyone can just read it is only a matter of time until some jerk comes along and bitches around. it's just like in real life, isn't it? XD I think you have to expect these things to a certain degree. and in case it really freaks people out they can still lock their entries.
